Reading on means agreeing to what follows. Anyone who disagrees should close the page.
Nature of the service
Stated for the record. Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
The guide is general travel information. It is not a booking service and not professional advice.
Our own property
The publisher owns Emerald Queen Casino, which appears at number one. That position reflects ownership. The order of the other nine entries is an editorial opinion.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and for personal, non-commercial reference.
- No bulk scraping, mass copying, attacks on the servers or attempts to reach restricted areas.
- Do not misrepresent our content or imply that we endorse something we do not.
Age
Readers must be 18 or older. Some states and resorts insist on 21 for entry or check-in, and where that rule exists it binds you.
Third parties
Hotels, booking platforms and affiliate networks are independent of us. Their rates, sudden price moves, resort charges, room supply, refund rules and service quality sit outside our control and our liability. Always check the final conditions with the hotel or platform before paying.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep information correct, but facilities and policies change without notice. So far as the law permits, mhfoundation5050 comes without warranties, and the publisher bears no responsibility for decisions taken on the strength of its pages.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, graphics and the mhfoundation5050 mark belong to the Puyallup Tribe unless stated otherwise. Resort names and trademarks stay with their holders and appear purely for identification.
Affiliate links
Referral income is explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Governing law
Washington State law, United States, applies to these terms, setting aside conflict-of-law principles. Washington State courts hear any dispute, save where consumer law in your home country insists on a local forum.
Changes
Updated wording takes effect once published here. Current version: October 2026.
